Stuffed Green Bell Pepper Soup
1 lb ground beef
1 quart water
14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
14 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup cooked long-grain rice
2 large bell peppers, diced
1 onion, diced (I added this to the recipe)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Brown the beef and onion, drain, add all the remaining ingredients and cook 30-45 minutes.
